Three steps to your first job.
We promise our customers two things: work fixed right or we come back free, and on time or £50 off. So we need trades who turn up when they say they will and do the job properly first time. If that’s you, you’ll fit right in.

Before you apply.
Does it cost me anything to join?
No. There are no joining fees, no subscriptions and no lead fees. Propfix earns a margin on the job, so we only make money when you do.
How and when do I get paid?
The customer pays Propfix. Once the job is signed off, we pay you by bank transfer within days, not weeks. If you are in construction, we are CIS registered and handle deductions properly.
Do I have to take every job?
No. We send you jobs that match your trade and area, and you choose the ones you want. We just ask that once you accept a job, you see it through.
Am I employed by Propfix?
No. You stay self-employed and run your own business. Propfix is the company in the middle that finds the work, contracts with the customer and protects both sides.
What areas do you cover?
Ruislip, Northwood, Pinner, Harrow, Uxbridge, Watford and the surrounding parts of North West London and the Home Counties. We match jobs to trades who are local to them.
