Is the quote really free?
Yes. Quotes from your photos are completely free, with no obligation, and the quote is yours to keep whether you go ahead or not.
What if you need to come out and see the job?
Most jobs can be priced from photos. If a job genuinely needs a visit before we can price it, there is a call-out charge from £150, and we will always tell you that before anyone comes out, never after.
What about extensions, lofts and bigger building work?
We quote major building work once you have builder’s drawings and your planning documents in place. If you’re not there yet, get in touch anyway and we’ll point you in the right direction.
Do I pay anything up front?
We take a deposit before work starts, which covers materials and gets the job under way. The balance is paid when the work is finished and you’re happy with it.
How quickly will I hear back?
Most quotes are sent within a few hours during working hours. Call-back requests are answered within one working day.
