How much does a quote cost?
Nothing. Quotes from your photos are free, itemised and there is no obligation. If a job genuinely needs a visit before it can be priced, there is a call-out charge from £150, which we always tell you about first.
How quickly can you come out?
Most quotes go back the same day. Once you approve, we book the first available slot that suits you, and we confirm a date rather than a vague window. If we’re late, you get £50 off.
Do you work for landlords?
Yes. We look after repairs, safety checks and turnarounds between tenancies for private landlords and family-owned properties, with one point of contact and itemised invoices.
Is the work guaranteed?
Every job carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee. If something isn’t right, we come back and fix it free.
