Landlords in Harrow, Ruislip and Uxbridge must register by 14 October 2027. Missing it can mean a fine of up to £7,000.

Is the Landlord Club insurance?
No. It’s a service. We track your dates, book the work and store your paperwork. You pay for any repairs, at member prices.
Are you a letting agent?
No. We don’t find tenants, collect rent or manage tenancies. We look after the repairs and certificates only. If you use a letting agent, we can work alongside them and send them copies of every certificate.
